5) You agree to receive emails from NeedAddys.com, and any email address owned by or associated with NeedAddys.com, about your account, important information or updates, or in the form of 'newsletters'. We will never give or sell your information to third parties.
6) You agree never to access or attempt to access another user's account without the users permission.
7) You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized access to your account.
If you wish to submit a photo you agree that it contains no sexual or violent content and that you are the owner of the photo. Do not submit copyrighted photos. Should you submit a photo that violates any of the above terms your account will be deleted from the site immediatly and you may even be banned from using the site again.
If content in your profile, including text, is innapropriate for any one under the age of 18, you must flag your profile as containing adult content. Failure to do so may result in your account being deleted.
